Welcome to Courtney Ennis Fitness. I teach women how to achieve balance in food and fitness in a sustainable way without guilt, shame, or sacrifice. I am all about showing women that a healthy lifestyle can be obtainable for anyone and is not reserved for an elite group. Food and Fitness should be one aspect of your lifestyle and not an obsession or something that takes away from the other important aspects of your life. A healthy lifestyle should work with you not against you. I am all about creating a lifestyle that works for YOU. I do not believe in the diet mentality or quick fixes a lifestyle should be sustainable and something that helps you to feel your best and confident in your own skin. We as women are more than a number and should be able to have our health without feeling like we are climbing a never ending mountain.
